We are looking for a passionate receptionist who is not only an expert at welcoming guests but also can spread warmth and welcoming energy to everyone who walks through the doors of Utö Värdshus. Here, you will be an important part of our reception team and contribute to providing our guests with a fantastic experience from the very first moment.

You are a service-oriented person who wants to make our guests' stay something extraordinary. We prefer that you have previous experience in reception work and in guest contact. We are looking for a service-minded person with a natural interest & knowledge of the Stockholm archipelago. You are cooperative, cheerful, positive, flexible, and solution-oriented. You have computer skills and experience with booking systems; we work with Spectra-Systems.

Duration:

• Option 1: 1/5-16/8

• Option 2: 1/6-11/10

We offer a salary according to collective agreements and accommodation (for those over 18) at a favorable price.

The position involves varying working hours and a workload of 100%.

Responsibilities:

• Check-ins and check-outs and handle private bookings digitally and physically.

• Cash handling, manage phone and email, sales of kiosk items, etc.

• Meet and manage private groups/conferences and incoming guests.

• Coordinate conferences and ensure that facilities are prepared according to guests' needs.

• Act as a conference host and build a good relationship with the group's contact person.
