We are looking for a self-driven, unpretentious, and solution-oriented star with documented experience in sales within staffing, Rusta & Matcha, or other forms of service sales.

You will work with the entire sales process – from start to finish:

• Prospecting and new customer development
• Relationship building and business development
• Contracts, follow-up, and long-term collaborations

The role also includes:

• Personnel responsibility
• Recruitment and team building
• A close collaboration with both customers and employees

• Have experience in sales within staffing, Rusta & Matcha, or similar service sales
• Are self-driven, business-oriented, and confident in making your own decisions
• Are unpretentious, solution-oriented, and used to rolling up your sleeves
• Have a good understanding of the local market in Uppsala
• Thrive in a role where you can combine sales, leadership, and entrepreneurship

Requirements for the position

• You live in Uppsala
• You have good local knowledge and preferably an established network
• You are comfortable with personnel responsibility and recruitment
