About us Aleris Art Clinic Gothenburg is a well-established clinic with approximately 85 employees, consisting of doctors, specialist nurses, nurses, physiotherapists, nursing assistants, and administrative staff. We specialize in orthopedics, spinal surgery, aesthetic and reconstructive plastic surgery, and offer our patients a cohesive care chain from surgery to rehabilitation.

We collaborate with the regions and assist them in maintaining the care guarantee; we also accept privately paying patients and work with insurance companies that offer health insurance. The role The tasks for a nursing assistant typically include responsibilities in the operating room, where you are responsible for the individual patient's care with a focus on the intraoperative care process. The tasks are varied as we have a range of procedures such as spinal surgery, hip and knee prosthetics, arthroscopy, general surgery, and plastic surgery.

The patient is always at the center, and you work to achieve good care in daily operations and contribute to the continuous improvement of patient safety, patient interaction, and care quality in accordance with our set goals.

The operation consists of both day surgery and inpatient care. The operating department has 5 rooms. The operation is scheduled Monday to Friday.

Work hours are during the day, currently scheduled Monday to Friday.

About you You are a nursing assistant with at least five years of experience in surgical operations. Experience working in a sterilization department is a merit.

You have the ability to make holistic assessments in patient care, which is an important part of the job. If you are challenged by combining care and service towards patients, are flexible and able to handle stress, you will thrive with us.

You find it easy to collaborate and have a holistic perspective, as well as being positive about participating in quality and development work.

As a person, you are confident and secure in your role, have a positive attitude, and find it easy to communicate and build good relationships with both patients and colleagues.
