Service-Oriented Receptionists Wanted for Hotel

We are now looking for service-oriented receptionists for our hotel. You will be the hotel's face to the public and play a crucial role in creating a safe, professional, and memorable stay for our guests.
The job involves both day and night shifts, where guest service, check-in and check-out, as well as administrative tasks are included.
Responsibilities
- Check-in and check-out of guests
- Guest service on-site, via phone, and email
- Booking management
- Handling payments and cash register work
- Ensuring order and safety at the reception
- Collaboration with other departments
We are looking for someone who
- Is service-oriented, responsible, and solution-focused
- Has good communication skills
- Enjoys working independently as well as in a team
- Is flexible with working hours (day/evening/weekend/night)
- Has good knowledge of Swedish and English
- Is at least 20 years old (requirement due to alcohol service)
Meritorious:
- Experience in hotel reception
- Experience with booking systems (e.g. Hotsoft or MEWS)
