Workshop Worker at KSAB

KSAB is now looking for a handy and solution-oriented workshop worker.

KSAB delivers equipment and solutions to golf courses, parks, and public environments throughout Sweden, and now we want to strengthen our small but effective team in our workshop and warehouse in Västerås. You will work alongside two colleagues and have a varied daily routine that includes both practical work and some responsibilities.

In the role, you will work in our workshop with welding, forging, assembly, and manufacturing of signs, details, and special solutions – often tailored for golf facilities. The products are primarily made of steel and aluminum. The role also includes some customer contact, simpler service tasks, and occasional installation work at the customer's site. You will also be responsible for purchasing some materials and communicating with subcontractors. You need to have good Swedish language skills, but some communication in English may also occur.

We are looking for someone who is practically inclined, has a practical high school education, and has a few years of experience from similar work. You need to have a B driver's license, preferably also a forklift license, and we would like you to have experience working with drawings and be skilled in welding, enjoying working both independently and in a team.

At KSAB, we are just over 20 people, so we value flexibility highly. Everyone who works here is expected to pitch in where needed. If you have many skills in your toolbox, it is a clear advantage.
