We are looking for a Customs Process Administrator for our office in Svinesund

We are looking for a Customs Process Administrator for our front office in Svinesund.

At the office in Svinesund, you will be the face of the company, and as a CPA, you will meet drivers and customers of various nationalities daily. You will ensure they have the correct documentation for smooth border crossing. The office is open 24/7, and we work shifts according to the current schedule.

Since you have direct interaction with clients, it is important that you are a skilled communicator, good at handling people, and have a solution-oriented mindset.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience from the industry or other work experience and completed high school education

• A positive attitude and the ability to create good customer relationships

• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

• A strong sense of service and is solution-oriented

• An ability to work well in a team, but also the capability to work independently
