The Forensic Psychiatric Regional Clinic is today one of the largest clinics in the country for the care of patients under the Forensic Psychiatric Care Act (LRV). The clinic is also tasked with caring for particularly demanding patients under the Compulsory Psychiatric Care Act (LPT). The clinic is facing an expansion where the number of departments will increase to 10 and the number of care places to 135. The clinic offers a good working environment with a varied job in terms of both tasks and working hours. We are now looking for a caregiver for the Forensic Psychiatric Regional Clinic in Sundsvall. The position is a 6-month temporary contract, full-time, with a start date according to agreement.

Job Responsibilities

As a caregiver at the Forensic Psychiatric Regional Clinic, you are part of a multidisciplinary team that takes care of the patient's daily needs for forensic psychiatric care.

You will, among other things:

• Plan, implement, and follow up on care and nursing interventions
• Accompany patients during outdoor activities
• Social activation
• Support patients in daily activities
• Contribute to the ongoing operations of the department as part of a health-promoting context. This may include cleaning, running errands, preparing meals, and other practical tasks performed together with colleagues

We are looking for someone who

• Is a trained caregiver or nursing assistant with a professional certificate, has other education deemed relevant for the position, or has experience working in forensic psychiatry or corrections
• Has good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing
• Has a B driver's license

It is an advantage if you

• Have additional language skills
