The County Hospital Somatics coordinates the county's specialized somatic care in Region Västernorrland. The somatic area consists of eleven county hospital operations. The county hospital operations are conducted at three hospitals: Sundsvall, Sollefteå, and Örnsköldsvik, as well as several clinics located in various towns in the region. The area has approximately 2,400 employees. The County Orthopedic Department is part of the County Hospital Somatics and conducts both planned and emergency operations focused on orthopedic injuries and diseases.

We are now looking for a resident physician (ST-läkare) for our team! The position is based in Sundsvall, but work in Sollefteå and Örnsköldsvik may occur. The position is a permanent full-time employment with a start date to be agreed upon.

Resident Physician for the Orthopedic Unit, Sundsvall Job Responsibilities

The ST position within Orthopedics in Sundsvall follows the goal description for ST. We offer a varied job. We collaborate between the county's hospitals to design a good ST training program and have joint training days for ST physicians in orthopedics. There are good opportunities for research with us.
