You & Us & The Job

As a van driver at PostNord, you are irreplaceable. You find the way, and your job is a journey towards climate-neutral freight transport. Transport is a must to reach all of Sweden, and we take responsibility from south to north, from rural areas to cities. We work purposefully to reduce our environmental impact, and you will be an important part of this by being trained in eco-driving. Together, we work towards becoming fossil-free by 2030.

This position is a temporary employment with a full-time employment rate of 100%. The employment starts in week 6 and lasts until week 19. There is a chance for summer temporary employment and permanent positions. Your working hours will be scheduled from 07:00 to 16:00, Monday to Friday. If employed before February 11, you will work from 07:00 to 15:15. You will be based at Elektronikhöjden 4, 17543 Järfälla.

What You Will Do

• Loading, picking up, and distributing packages.
• Meeting our customers where they are, whether they are agents, private or business customers.

Who You Are

• Curious and self-driven: A large part of the job is done alone, but team spirit is important.
• Patient & secure: Life on the road is a mix of calm and stress. You maintain balance.
• Organized: Smart packing (think puzzle), preparation, and delivery are key words, as well as order and punctuality. Our customers should be able to count on you and their shipments arriving on time.
• Physically fit: Yes, you are seated during the journey, but you need to be able to exert yourself during pickups and deliveries. For this, you need to have good strength and mobility.
• Adaptable: Unplanned events require flexibility.
• Service-oriented: Customer relationships need the right attitude and feeling.
• You are unique: We place great importance on your personal qualities.

What You Bring

• High school diploma
• Category B driver's license and experience driving a car
• Swedish language skills in speech and writing
• Good customer service and communication skills
• Positive attitude and ability to find solutions
