We are looking for an Operations Manager for a logistics operation in Rosersberg. The role is suitable for you who want to work closely with operations, take responsibility for the daily flow, and help ensure that the business operates efficiently – every day.

As an Operations Manager, you will work operationally with planning, follow-up, and prioritization. You have many points of contact and collaborate closely with team leaders, colleagues, and customer functions. The focus is on structure, delivery, safety, and continuous improvements.

🔧 Your Main Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily operations based on available resources
• Ensure that the right priorities are made during changes in the business
• Follow up on goals, key figures, and daily results within your area
• Disseminate information from management and ensure that decisions are followed
• Continuously work on improving flows and processes
• Ensure accurate attendance, time reporting, and follow-up
• Monitor open orders and issues in the business's systems
• Ensure that safety routines and protective equipment are followed

• Has experience in operations management, team leadership, or a similar role
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and is confident in making decisions
• Is structured, meticulous, and solution-oriented
• Finds it easy to collaborate and contribute to a functioning team
• Communicates clearly and professionally in Swedish

It is an advantage if you have experience in logistics, transportation, or working in WMS/TA systems.
