Warehouse Employee/Driver for Home Medical Equipment
The assistive technology services are responsible for the operation of assistive technology for people with mobility impairments in the southern part of Stockholm County, as well as county-wide responsibility for individuals in need of consumable aids at home, medical technology equipment at home, and communication, cognition, vision, and hearing aids.
Description
The assistive technology services are responsible for four healthcare assignments within the Stockholm County healthcare area (SLSO), of which Home Medical Equipment (MAH) is one.
On behalf of the Health and Medical Care Administration, MAH is responsible for individuals in need of medical technology equipment at home throughout the Stockholm region.
MAH is located in modern premises centrally in Solna, and we are now looking for a new employee. We are currently seeking a warehouse employee/driver with shared responsibilities for the technical, warehouse, and transport unit. Within the unit, medical technology engineers, medical technicians, reconditioning technicians, warehousemen, and drivers work together to solve today's challenges.
What is specific/unique about the position
As an employee within Home Medical Equipment, you are part of a larger chain where the operation ensures that our citizens in the Stockholm region receive the medical technology equipment prescribed for home healthcare. Operations are conducted on-site in Solna as well as in homes. We work closely with patients, focusing on delivering within established requirements. Making a daily difference for the region's citizens is important to us, as is helping where needed without prestige.
In this position, the starting point will be work in the warehouse, where tasks include order and item picking, packing, goods reception, and work in reclaiming returned medical technology products. If necessary, you may need to deliver medical technology products to patients or caregivers using the organization's vehicles. Tasks are determined together in the group based on the needs of the operation.

Job Responsibilities
The work primarily involves:
- Order picking
- Packing
- Returns handling
- Goods reception
- Transport within the Stockholm Region
- Reconditioning and assembly of medical technology equipment
- Cleaning of medical technology equipment
Other tasks may also occur.

Requirements
- Driver's license class B.
- Good local knowledge of Stockholm County.
- Good knowledge of the Swedish language in speech and writing (equivalent to level C1)
- High school education for at least 2 years.
- Experience working in a warehouse and being a regular user of warehouse management systems or equivalent competence.
- Very good ability to collaborate and willingness to work in a team.
- Meticulous and structured.
- Flexible, as tasks will vary from day to day.
Meritorious
- Experience in technical assembly/service or similar
- Order administration in business systems
- Experience with business systems Sesam/S2
- Good computer skills
- English
- Personal qualities will be highly valued

- in addition to Swedish professional license, good knowledge of the Swedish language equivalent to level C1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR) is required. The same requirements are guiding for non-licensed personnel with patient contact.
