Your Responsibilities

You will be part of a team of about 5-6 people responsible for the company's turning, milling, and grinding operations. In total, we have about 30 employees within the unit. The unit's responsibility is to supply our manufacturing of mechanics within the aerospace industry primarily for Gripen, but also prototypes for our development department.

The group, with the help of the team leader, ensures that the production plan is followed and that deliveries are made on time. They also ensure that routines and production processes are adhered to and come up with suggestions for improvements and efficiencies. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is meticulous, flexible, can work independently, and can contribute to this.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with experience in:

·         Metal machining

·         NC grinding

·         Knowledge of reading and understanding technical drawings

·         Reading and understanding instructions in Swedish and English

·         5S and Lean production

 As a person, you are engaged, unpretentious, communicative, and pedagogical as the work involves collaboration with several functions within the company. You thrive in a role that requires systematic work according to a production plan.

You have a strong technical interest and a desire to always develop and improve. You have a good sense of order, are meticulous, and are used to working at a fast pace. Since the team is smaller, it is important that you are good at collaborating, willing to help your colleagues, and contribute to a good and pleasant work climate. Great emphasis will be placed on your personal qualities and motivations.
