About us: Sörgården is a special accommodation focused on psychiatry and co-occurring disorders with substance abuse, located in the picturesque Ålem parish, just a few kilometers from Kalmar Sund. We tailor our care and accommodation to each individual's needs and work with a low-arousal approach. Here, we are a dedicated team striving to create a safe and supportive environment for our residents.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has good collaboration skills and patience.
• Has solid experience working with substance abuse and psychiatry.
• Takes responsibility for their work and sees the value in helping others.
• Wants to contribute to the quality assurance of care.
