About the role

As a service technician at Staffare, you will play a central role in strengthening and further developing the branch in Uppsala. You will be an important part of the business with responsibility for service, maintenance, and repair of machines. The role suits you who work solution-oriented, have a strong service focus, and thrive with close customer relationships as a natural part of daily work. Through your commitment, you contribute to ensuring high operational reliability of customers' machines and equipment.

At Staffare AB, you will be offered a varied and stimulating job where you will work with several different machine brands. Previous experience with Hyundai or Massey Ferguson is an advantage. The tasks range from ongoing service and advanced troubleshooting in electrical and hydraulic systems to both minor and more extensive repairs. The position also involves travel for work.

Your profile

We are looking for someone with experience in servicing and maintaining machines and who has built up solid mechanical skills. You are used to working independently, have a good ability to troubleshoot and solve problems effectively. You take responsibility, work carefully, and see the value in building and maintaining good customer relationships. When you are on-site in the workshop, you show drive and commitment by taking on tasks and supporting the team where needed.

Requirements for the position

• B driver's license

• Experience in mechanics

• Good understanding of hydraulics and electronics

• Good computer skills

• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing

Meritorious

• More than 5 years of experience in a similar position

• Education in heavy machinery

Employment form: Permanent position where you will be employed directly by Staffare AB.
