Purchaser with a focus on IT systems

Do you have experience in procurement and have worked with the purchase of IT systems? Would you like to be part of an engaged team where your expertise contributes to shaping the company's future? We are now looking for two new employees - a junior and a senior purchaser - with project management skills and the ability to make a difference for our client in Lund.

About the role

As a Purchaser focusing on IT systems, you will:

Be responsible for managing procurement processes for IT systems and services.
Review and analyze contracts to ensure they meet the company's requirements and legislation.
Identify improvement opportunities in processes and agreements, as well as propose and implement solutions.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth and cost-effective purchases.
Drive and participate in projects related to procurement and implementation of IT systems.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone with a structured approach, analytical skills, and a desire to develop together with us.

Junior Purchaser

At least 1 year of experience in procurement, preferably with a focus on IT systems.
Basic knowledge of reviewing and understanding contracts.
Interest in project management and a willingness to learn and develop in the field.
Relevant education in procurement, economics, technology, or similar is an advantage.

Senior Purchaser

At least 5 years of experience in strategic procurement, with a particular focus on IT systems.
Good experience in reviewing and negotiating complex contracts.
Experience in identifying and implementing improvement opportunities within procurement processes.
Strong project management skills and the ability to drive multiple projects simultaneously.
Relevant higher education and certifications in procurement are a big plus.
