Order Handler - PDL (Temporary Employment)

DC Tumba is a global Distribution Center for High Speed Separators (HSS), NX decanters, Moatti filters, Fresh Water Technology distillers, pumps, Ashbrook, PureBallast, and Tank Equipment.

The Order Handling Team is responsible for customer service, order booking, order maintenance, return handling, and invoicing for our customers and sales companies around the world.

About the job

You will coordinate and support the daily work of the team handling everything from order booking to invoicing of spare parts orders, where our goal is to deliver the right product with the right quality at the right time for the right cost. You will work with a large network both internally and externally and act as a link between the team, support functions, TM, and UM.

What you can bring

Desirable qualifications for applicants include specific knowledge and experience in:

  • Work experience in service
  • Movex (business system)
  • Logistics processes
  • Microsoft Office
  • Strong proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written (very good knowledge)
