Trainologi is a small private and flexible player founded in 2020, currently offering personal training, medical massage therapy, physiotherapy, nutritional counseling, corporate wellness, small group training, and much more in our own studio located in central Kävlinge. Our goal is to connect our physiotherapist to the high-cost protection within the next year and to expand to larger premises within the next 1-2 years to accommodate a larger gym, doctors, therapists, orthopedic engineers, and more. Our vision is to lower the threshold for appropriate and effective care/help for our clients, where we work closely together to cover the entire spectrum from acute injury to post-rehab and full return to daily life and sports activities.

We are now looking to expand our team with a new employee for the position of certified medical massage therapist, or alternatively as a diploma massage therapist. You will take over an existing client base, with the possibility to expand to full-time if desired. There will also be opportunities to engage in expansion, marketing, and other parts of the company.

Being a Massage Therapist at Trainologi

Your main task is to deliver safe and individualized treatments. Until today, we have offered medical massage therapy, classic massage, breathing therapy/Lotorp method, but this may change depending on your skills. You will take over an existing client base, but will actively need to establish a strategy and work with outreach sales to quickly fill your bookable times.

You will have access to a fresh treatment room of about 9.5 sqm, with a ceiling height of about 2.6m, equipped with a sink, storage cabinets, AC with heating/cooling, and access to your own private balcony of about 3 sqm. We share a staff kitchen, shower/toilets. Free parking is available for you and clients along the street, approximately a 7-minute walk from Kävlinge Station. You will also have access to the PT studio and its training equipment for personal use.

Working hours are flexible and varied but require good planning skills where you structure your own workdays.

You enjoy working on and testing new concepts and also like to collaborate with the team to brainstorm ideas and, most importantly, to realize them.

In addition to holding certification as a medical massage therapist, or alternatively as a diploma massage therapist, from an accredited educational institution, we are looking for someone who is proactive, responsible, comfortable with customer interaction and sales.
