Your role with us

As a hairdresser at VACKER, you are an important part of the customer experience from the first hello to the finished result. You work creatively with cuts, colors, and consultations, helping customers find both the right look and the right products. Through your personality, professional skills, and service, you create customers who want to come back, time and time again.

You work closely with your colleagues in an inspiring environment where we support each other, share knowledge, and have fun together, even when the pace is high.

We are looking for someone who

Is a trained hairdresser or at training level 1-2 and wants to continue developing.

Has a genuine interest in hair, trends, and people.

Is positive, engaged, and likes to take responsibility.

Thrives in an environment where service and sales are a natural part of the job.

Is flexible, solution-oriented, and enjoys taking initiative.

Wants to contribute to team spirit and the salon's collective success.

Is proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written.
