Laser Therapist – Part-time

We are now looking for an engaged and responsible employee for part-time work in laser hair removal.

For the position to work long-term, it is crucial that you meet all the requirements below.

Mandatory requirements – read carefully

For your application to be processed, you must:

• Be residing in central Helsingborg
• Preferably not have any other job on the side
• Have your primary occupation remotely (e.g., distance studies)
• Be able to work with us for at least 12 months
• Be able to start immediately
• Be able to work 3–5 days a week
• Be able to provide availability on both weekdays and weekends
• Be able to work entirely based on incoming bookings

The position is not suitable for you if you have another job, as the schedule requires high flexibility and full focus on our bookings.

Language & demeanor – very important

It is extremely important that you:

• Speak and write excellent Swedish
• Can communicate confidently, professionally, and correctly with customers
• Have a well-groomed language and a calm, respectful demeanor
• Know how to behave professionally in front of customers in an aesthetic clinical environment

You represent the company in every customer meeting. Therefore, personal maturity, self-control, and professional conduct are absolute requirements.

Profile

The position mainly involves treatments on female clients.

In very rare cases, treatments on men may occur (back/shoulders), only if a colleague is unavailable.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is responsible and structured
• Is meticulous and reliable
• Enjoys independent work
• Has a high level of service
• Understands the importance of integrity and professionalism

Desirable qualifications:

• Experience in the beauty industry
• Experience in sales or customer service
• Trained skin therapist

Job responsibilities

• Perform treatments in laser hair removal
• Conduct consultations and individual assessments
• Collect payment from customers
• Schedule the next treatment
• Provide availability in Boka Direkt at least 2 months in advance
• Work structured according to bookings via email and online booking

Responsibilities & role

As an employee with us, you are responsible for your bookings and are the company's face to the outside world.

You are expected to:

• Work independently and professionally
• Ensure correct availability in the booking system
• Follow up on customer bookings
• Provide each customer with a safe, respectful, and high-quality encounter

Training & certification

We offer an intensive internal training.

After 9 months, you will receive a certificate as a laser therapist for hair removal, issued by us after completing and passing the training.
