About the Role In the role of property caretaker, you will have overall responsibility for service delivery to customers. The tasks vary and involve ensuring that both internal and external environments are intact, clean, and safe for our customers. Examples of common tasks in external environments include lawn mowing, trimming, hedge clipping, planting, and snow/ice removal. In internal environments, tasks include supervision of sub-stations, repairs, and maintenance work.

As HSB's face in the residential areas, you will often be the first and most natural contact for customers. The willingness and commitment to provide professional service and to foster good dialogues with boards and residents are of utmost importance in this role. The work suits you if you enjoy working physically and independently but also appreciate collaboration and trustworthy relationships with customers as well as colleagues.

Your Profile To succeed in the role of property caretaker with customer responsibility, we believe you:

• enjoy and have experience in a service profession. • are accustomed to handling various hand tools, equipment, and machinery. • have an interest in plants and gardening. • are generally handy with repairs and maintenance work.

Training for brush cutters, chainsaws, hot work, lifts, and fall protection is considered an asset, as is experience and/or training relevant to the supervision of sub-stations.
