In the role of machine operator at Trelleborg Sealing Solutions Kalmar AB, you will be an important cog in the production. There are 7 production lines, and on each line, 4-6 employees work, and in this role, you will work on line 7. In the role of machine operator, collaboration, flexibility, and being process-oriented are important. Together with your colleagues, you will ensure that production interruptions are minimized and that the machines are always running. The work can be relatively monotonous and physical, but you will be able to utilize your technical skills daily.

As a machine operator, you will work in an industrial environment and collaborate closely with colleagues throughout the department. In this role, we need team players who are meticulous, flexible, and unpretentious!

Main Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate the machines – You are responsible for the correct settings

• Change rolls in the machines – The work has physically demanding elements

• Inspection of products – Your meticulousness makes a difference

• Daily machine maintenance – Keeps the machines in top shape

Other tasks may also occur.

Working hours: Works 2 shifts. Week 1: Monday - Thursday 05:50 - 14:06 and Fridays 05:50 - 15:42. Week 2: Monday - Thursday 14:00 - 22:16 (off on Fridays)

Employment type: Permanent full-time employment, starting with a fixed-term contract of six months.
