The Opportunity

As a Quality Specialist in final assembly, you will be part of an engaged and experienced team responsible for quality assurance in our production. Here, you will have a varied role where you will be responsible for ensuring that the quality of our products meets applicable requirements, both local and global, preventing errors through proactive work, and acting as a pillar of support for the quality engineers.

The role involves working closely with production, the quality department, and other relevant functions to ensure compliance with standards and continuous improvement. You will also be an important support for our internal and external contacts where you contribute your expertise in the field. In other words, you will have a key role with great opportunities to deepen your knowledge while broadening your network.

How You Will Make a Difference

  • Lead yellow belt investigations using tools such as Ishikawa and 5-Why to ensure root causes and implement and follow up on effective and preventive measures.
  • Work proactively with risk assessments such as PFMEA, standardization of control points, improved instructions, etc.
  • Support quality processes by registering, structuring, and following up on deviations.
  • Participate in the development and updating of internal requirements and guidelines.
  • Train and support staff in quality and process issues.
  • Possibly travel for work to ensure that our or partner factories meet applicable requirements.

Your Background

  • Good IT knowledge.
  • Interest in working with proactive quality work and driving improvement issues.
  • Practical experience with quality tools such as Ishikawa, 5-Why, PFMEA is an advantage.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally. In this position, we expect you to have good knowledge of spoken and written Swedish and English.
  • Good knowledge of reading technical drawings.
  • Willingness to travel for work.
