Are you, or have you been, an officer or specialist officer, and would you like to work with personnel services at the regimental level at one of the country's fastest-growing regiments? Now you have the chance to become part of the HR department at Dalregementet in Falun!
We are looking for you who want to use your leadership skills to develop and motivate your colleagues and staff, create a good work climate, and strive to continuously improve our operations. We want someone who sees every individual and can support them in reaching their full potential. With us, you will have the opportunity to make a difference – please submit your application!
The Unit: Dalregementet
The Swedish Armed Forces defend Sweden, the country's interests, our freedom, and the right to live as we choose. The establishment of Dalregementet is part of the building of Sweden's defense capability. Until the regiment has been developed to full capacity, including a new regimental area, the operations will be characterized by continuous development and change. Working methods will change over time to adapt to the growing organization and its activities.
The Workplace
We are developing Dalregementet's HR department and are now looking for a Personnel Officer who will also serve as the Deputy Department Head.
