Property Manager; 1 position, 100% Permanent

• About the position...

In your role as a property manager, you will work in a property team consisting of four full-time positions. Working hours are during the day, distributed over weekdays, weekends, and holidays. A requirement for the position is that you have a B driver's license as many of the tasks require this.

The position & tasks are divided between indoor and outdoor duties. Simple gardening, maintenance of properties, and preparations for conference groups. Examples of daily tasks include:

• Daily operations, supervision, and simple maintenance of technical installations within heating, ventilation, electricity, and control systems
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues in buildings, hotels, restaurants, kitchens, and offices.
• Operation and maintenance of pool and spa equipment according to established routines
• Reporting deviations and follow-up via property systems

The work is conducted closely with all departments of the hotel & the owning family.

• About you...

We prefer that you have good experience from a similar position and/or have some special knowledge in plumbing, electrical work, or similar.

The position is available from May 2nd but will be filled according to agreement. For the right person, we are very flexible with the start date.
