Care Assistant for Home Care - Make a difference every day!

We are looking for someone who wants to work as a care assistant in Home Care North and contribute to ensuring our care recipients have a safe everyday life in their homes. You will be part of our team that works with person-centered care, and you value quality and responsiveness. We work according to the Individual's Needs in Center (IBIC) and use digital solutions and systems in our work, which is a prerequisite for providing our care recipients with good and individualized care.

Your tasks include, among other things:

• Providing support and assistance in daily life, such as personal care, meals, and social interaction.
• Performing delegated health and medical care tasks.
• Documenting according to current routines.
• Collaborating with colleagues, relatives, and other professionals for the best possible care.

Home Care North is based in Furuliden, and the work takes place with care recipients living in Moheda and surrounding areas. Our operations run every day and hour of the year. In home care, you will work day, evening, and weekend shifts according to a schedule based on annual working time agreements.

QUALIFICATIONS

You are a care assistant with a recognized qualification from the health and care program or another equivalent education. Previous experience in similar work is an advantage.

You are responsible, empathetic, and have a genuine interest in people. This is characterized by your confidence in your professional role and respectful interactions with both colleagues and care recipients, being attentive to individuals' different needs. As a person, you are solution-focused and enjoy working both independently and collaboratively.

A B driver's license is required, and you also need to be able to cycle as we have cycling rounds. The job requires good knowledge of Swedish, both written and spoken.
