About the role

As an Assistant Site Manager, you will help lead our construction operations in Southern Norrland. You will work closely with our Site Managers in a strong and cohesive Infra team, and in close collaboration with the local construction regions. You will support project managers and site managers, ensure structure and planning, and drive the business forward. You will be part of a team that values presence, teamwork, and business acumen.

You will work closely with Henrik Gustavsson, an assistant regional manager with a responsive and solution-focused leadership style and a strong commitment to the well-being of the projects.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has extensive leadership experience in production, preferably as a project manager or senior site manager in construction/infrastructure.
• Holds a B driver's license and the ability to travel for work (Monday–Thursday on-site in projects).
• Is a team player with a strong work ethic, who values structure and presence.
• Is business-driven and network-oriented, preferably with good contacts in northern Sweden.
• Cares about people and is proactive, solution-oriented, and engaged.
• Communicates fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written.

Additional information

The position is full-time with start date according to agreement.
As we operate throughout the region, your location is less important – the key is that you are flexible and can be on-site in projects during the workweek (Monday–Thursday).
