• Has documented experience as a roofer and/or sheet metal worker
• Is used to working independently
• Has a valid driver's license (requirement)
• Is meticulous, reliable, and solution-oriented
• Has a good work ethic and pride in their profession

Meritorious

• Vocational certificate
• Lift certificate, fall protection training, or hot work certification
