About the positions:

RYYD Solutions is now seeking experienced and committed individuals for leadership roles in construction and infrastructure projects. The positions are aimed at those with a good technical understanding, leadership skills, and experience working in production-related roles.

You will play a central role in the planning, execution, and follow-up of projects, with responsibility for quality, work environment, and production.

Responsibilities

The tasks vary depending on the role but may include:

• Site Supervisor:
• Daily management of production, personnel planning, work environment, and follow-up.
• Project Manager:
• Overall responsibility for project execution, budget, timeline, and personnel.
• Production Manager:
• Strategic management of production, resource planning, and quality assurance.
• BAS-U (Construction Work Environment Coordinator – execution):
• Responsible for work environment efforts during production according to current legislation.
• Measurement Manager:
• Responsible for measurement, setting out, volume calculations, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Relevant education, certifications, and experience in construction or building
• Good knowledge of contract law, work environment, and production
• Ability to lead and coordinate personnel
• Good administrative and communication skills
