During June, July, and August, we need extra staff at the cemetery. Read more about the job and submit your application by March 8.

We are now looking for several cemetery workers for the busy summer period when new flowers need to be planted, grass and hedges trimmed, weeds removed, and gravel raked. Other practical tasks may also be included in the work. Primarily, we are looking for someone who can work throughout the summer, but we may also need someone for a slightly shorter period. The start and end of the work period are negotiable if you need to consider ongoing education, for example.

You are meticulous, punctual, able to work independently, and willing to put in the effort as the work can be physically demanding at times. If you have experience with machinery and previous experience in park or cemetery work, that is a big plus. You must have at least an AM driving license and preferably a B driving license so that you can operate ride-on mowers and other machines and vehicles used at the cemetery.

The cemetery is a place where you regularly meet people in difficult life situations. This means that alongside practical skills, you also need to have good social abilities.
