We are looking for substitute teachers for the Education Administration!

Your tasks

As a substitute teacher, you replace regular staff and are essential for the daily operations to run smoothly. Your tasks vary depending on where you are substituting.

We are looking for substitutes for the following areas:

Preschool

Working as a substitute in preschool means you have an overview of all children and support them in practical moments such as dressing, storytime, and meals. You are engaged in the children's play and learning and focus on building relationships with preschool children. The children in preschool are between 1-5 years old.

Elementary School

In elementary school, you can work as a substitute in: Lower grades (preschool class - grade 3), middle grades (grade 4 - 6), or upper grades (grade 7 - 9). You will ensure that students receive the support they need, participate in their activities, and create good relationships through interaction in the classroom.

After School Care

After school care is an educational activity for students aged 6 to 13. As a substitute, you will support the children in their development and assist with indoor and outdoor activities.

Special Needs Elementary School

In special needs elementary school, you work with students who have a functional variation. You will provide support in students' communication, care, and learning.

You will be booked as needed, often at short notice, and you choose which days and times you can work.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for someone who is positive and has a natural ability to create good relationships with children, students, and colleagues. We also prefer that you have completed high school or a childcare education.

Requirements:

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You have a good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.
• You are flexible and can show up at short notice as needed.
• Providing a criminal record extract from the Swedish Police Authority is mandatory upon hiring (you will receive instructions on how to order this).
