• We offer our hourly substitutes up to 1000 SEK in salary supplement per worked week during the summer. The supplement is based on the percentage of hours worked per week. If you work for 8 weeks, you can receive up to 8000 SEK in addition! The supplement is paid out after the end of the substitute period.

Job responsibilities:

As a nursing assistant/care assistant/personal assistant, you are a valuable key player who contributes to ensuring that our residents/users have a safe and meaningful existence. We always start from the resident's/user's will and ability and focus on their strengths. As a nursing assistant/care assistant, you are responsible for providing dignified and good care based on the elderly's/user's individual needs.

Common tasks may include assistance with daily care, medication administration, documentation, support during activities, serving meals, and cleaning in the resident's/user's apartment. You will be involved in everything from educational care moments to enjoyable activities with the residents. It's a very exciting job, simply put.

Qualifications:

Nursing assistant, care assistant, personal assistant. You should be flexible, have initiative, good collaboration skills, and be interested in working with the elderly. Personal suitability will be given great importance.

Duration/working hours: We are looking for substitutes during June, July, and August. Start date by agreement.

Salary: According to applicable agreements.
