Chef for Café Hos Oss

We are looking for a trained chef – you can be newly graduated, but it is an advantage if you have already worked a few years in the industry and thus feel confident in the kitchen.

You should be able to prepare well-made Swedish home cooking with a modern twist from scratch.

You are also independent – the starting point is that you should be able to handle the daily operations on your own, but we are several in the kitchen who will step in and help when it gets busy.

We work with everything from lunch and coffee breaks to delicious pastries and à la carte dinners.

Requirements:

Training as a chef (high school or equivalent)
Ability to cook classic home-cooked meals
Driver's license (B)
Good knowledge of Swedish

Meritorious:

Previous experience working as a chef in a modern bistro or à la carte restaurant
Documented education and/or experience
Previously held a responsible role in the kitchen

Start: Immediate employment after interview and trial work.

Working hours: The working hours are according to a rolling schedule.

Location: Café Hos Oss in Nybro

Employment form: According to Visita's collective agreement with individual salary setting. The employment is 100% spread over daytime, evening, and weekends.
