About the job as a pharmacist at Hjärtat

As a pharmacist at Hjärtat, you will work alternately with counseling and sales within prescriptions and self-care. In this role, you contribute with your pharmaceutical expertise, commitment, and experience to better health for our customers and the success of the pharmacy.

There is also the opportunity to become the pharmaceutical responsible. At Hjärtat, this means that you coach your colleagues so that counseling, sales, and efficiency at the pharmacy are constantly improved in close collaboration with the sales responsible. As the pharmaceutical responsible, you are responsible for competence development within pharmacy at your workplace. You are responsible for or support the pharmacy manager in contacts with local healthcare and are a good role model in customer interactions.

For me, the core of our business is to help customers achieve the best possible medication use and health. In this way, we create satisfied customers and a winning pharmacy. Our pharmacy, located in ICA Maxi Härnösand, continues to grow, and we are looking for a driven pharmacist who, together with us, ensures that we increasingly exceed customer expectations.

We are a highly regarded pharmacy with the newest concept, located in the fantastic Härnösand. A place with beautiful nature, coastline, and genuine feel. Here, five pharmacists and three pharmacy technicians currently work to welcome customers from 8 AM to 8 PM on weekdays and 9 AM to 7 PM on weekends. We have all customer categories, many returning customers, and tourists in the summer when the High Coast is well visited. We are a wonderful team that supports each other in all situations and shows high engagement for each other, the customer, and the pharmacy.

For me as a manager, it is important that you are genuinely interested in people, which is evident in your customer interactions and in collaboration with your colleagues. With us, there is an opportunity to develop. Welcome with your application!

We are looking for you who are a licensed pharmacist or pharmacy technician. You are either at the beginning of your career or an experienced pharmacist and recognize yourself in the description:

• You show interest and engagement in meeting customers and collaborate well with colleagues at your pharmacy and throughout the region/ all of Apotek Hjärtat
• You take responsibility for managing the demands placed on you as a pharmacist and seek help from your team when needed
• You contribute with a good attitude and seek simple solutions in everyday life
