About the Position

As a logistics coordinator, you will be responsible for planning and overseeing inventory management, optimizing transport processes, and ensuring efficient delivery of goods. You will collaborate with internal and external partners to improve logistical flows, manage freight costs, and monitor inventory status. Furthermore, you will perform analyses and reports to support decision-making and contribute to continuous improvements in logistics and supply chain for our client.

About You

Formal Qualifications

We are looking for someone with a relevant post-secondary education in logistics, economics, or administration. You should have experience working in a similar role where you have managed flow optimization and inventory control. Good communication skills in Swedish and advanced English are required, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office. You should be familiar with business systems, preferably SAP. You also have analytical skills and can work independently as well as in a team.

Meritorious

Experience in international logistics and customs handling is an advantage. Knowledge of other languages besides Swedish and English can also be valuable. Experience or interest in working with AI and statistical tools such as PowerBI and similar is meritorious.
