Your Role Anticimex delivery planners play a key role in our organization. They ensure that we deliver our assignments according to the agreements made between our customers and us. The delivery planners optimize our technicians' routes and customer visits based on geography, skills, and priorities. You will have our new route planning system at your disposal, where you also monitor and manage deviations and changes/priorities. The delivery planner communicates with customers and works closely with our technicians to optimize, ensure, and quality-assure the delivery.

• Plan and coordinate our technicians' assignments based on skills, geography, and priority

• Adjust and follow up on deliveries in real-time

• Ongoing communication with customers and technicians

• Evaluate, analyze, and develop strategies

Who You Are You are a flexible and confident person who thrives in a changing everyday life. In customer conversations, you are both present and attentive – you quickly capture the customer's needs, build trust, and spread energy with your strong social skills.

With experience from fast-paced service jobs, you are used to identifying problems and quickly finding solutions. Rapid changes are a natural part of the job, and you have the ability to create structure and order for yourself and others.

We see that you

• have very good computer skills, experience with digital planning systems, and are proficient in Excel

• have experience working systematically within logistics, planning, or service coordination

• express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. If you master additional languages, it is a valued plus

• have local knowledge of Greater Stockholm
