Receptionist and Waiter/Waitress at Kloten Nature Resort

About the position:

As a receptionist and waiter/waitress at Kloten Nature Resort, you will have a varied role where you both welcome guests, provide them with information about the resort, and ensure they have a first-class experience during their visit. Your work will combine administrative tasks with serving in our restaurant, where you create a pleasant and professional atmosphere for our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and register guests upon arrival and departure.
• Provide guests with information about the resort's facilities, activities, and surrounding nature.
• Serve food and drinks in our restaurant.
• Manage bookings and handle phone and email inquiries.
• Ensure that both the reception and restaurant maintain a high standard of service and presentation.

Qualifications:

• Experience in service work, preferably in hotels or restaurants.
• Basic knowledge of Swedish and English.
• Good computer skills; we work with the booking system Visbook.
• Positive and social personality, accustomed to meeting people and working independently.
• Interest in nature and the environment.
