About Us:

Food and cleaning operate within the municipality's preschool, school, and care services with cooking, meal service, and cleaning.

We now need to strengthen our staffing with a chef.

Job Scope

The position is a permanent full-time employment starting immediately or by agreement.

Your Mission:

You are passionate about preparing delicious and nutritious food for our guests/customers within the municipal services. Your tasks include working in our kitchens such as placing orders, preparing meals in varying quantities of 50-500 portions/day, as well as dishwashing, cleaning, and documentation of self-control based on HACCP. You look forward to working with us towards the goals, frameworks, and routines of the food and cleaning services.

Qualifications:

Trained chef or equivalent competence assessed by the employer. Experience working in large kitchens and with special diets. You have a B driver's license.

Meritorious:

• Experience and interest in green cooking
• Knowledge and interest in vegetarian cooking
• Experience and interest in sustainable cooking and food waste management
• Computer skills and experience with dietary software

As a person, you have good collaboration skills and work well in a group with high social competence. You see service as an important part of the job, which requires flexibility and, above all, a positive attitude towards work in meetings with colleagues, guests, and customers. You are good at communicating and collaborating, as we see staff participation as important in our operations. You are not afraid of change and are also responsible and can take your own initiatives. You also have good planning skills and logical thinking as the work involves staying one step ahead in planning.
