Lindgården is a special accommodation in Rydaholm.

We are looking for 3 nursing assistants for all departments.

We are looking for someone who is a bit extraordinary, with a heart for working with elderly people. If you want to make a difference for our seniors, do not hesitate to apply!

Working hours are scheduled for days, evenings, and every other weekend.

As a person, you are meticulous, positive, and have the ability to work independently and in a team. You easily build relationships and are attentive to the needs of the elderly.

Job Responsibilities

To provide care and service centered on the user's needs according to the assistance decision and implementation plan, with respect for the user's integrity, participation, and self-determination. The job responsibilities also include IT-based documentation and administration as well as delegated health and medical tasks.

Qualifications

Care and nursing program or other education that provides nursing assistant competence and good computer skills. The position requires good cooperation skills, flexibility, and independence. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability. Delegation of medication.

We consider it an advantage if you have any form of specialist training that the employer assesses as relevant for the operation.

Conditions

As of July 1, 2023, nursing assistant is a protected professional title, and one must apply for a certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare to use the title nursing assistant.

You must have approved grades in Swedish, both spoken and written.

Before an employment offer, a criminal record extract must be presented.

Interviews will take place during the application period.
