The role includes, among other things:
As a drift technician, you are responsible for supervision, maintenance, and technical follow-up of the property's installations. You work both preventively and remedially and play an important role in ensuring optimal operation, energy efficiency, and a good indoor climate by:
- Performing supervision, maintenance, and technical control of property technical installations such as electricity, ventilation, heating, cooling, sprinklers, and control systems
- Performing and following up on remedial maintenance and analyzing the impact on operation, energy, and indoor climate
- Working with and optimizing technical systems to improve the property's performance
- Ensuring that operations and maintenance meet regulatory requirements, local requirements, and CBRE's requirements for quality, safety, and sustainability
- Participating in troubleshooting and actions during operational disruptions
- Documenting actions and working according to established routines and processes
- Representing CBRE towards clients and managing supplier contacts
Who are you?
You have:
- Very good knowledge of property technology and technical installations
- Good understanding of how technical systems work and how they are used to optimize property performance
- 3-year vocational education with a professional qualification or vocational competence and at least five years of documented work experience in the role
- Good understanding of supervision and maintenance measures and how remedial maintenance affects property operation, energy, and indoor climate
- Good system familiarity and experience with operation or maintenance systems
- Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Category B driver's license
- It is an advantage if you have a certificate for Hot Work
- A criminal record extract is required

- Independent and responsible
- Technically curious with an interest in energy-efficient operations
- Collaborative and professional in contact with colleagues and clients
