💼 Responsibilities

The role of property technician is varied, and no day is the same. Your main tasks involve handling and addressing incoming reports of issues and service requests. As a property technician, you are the primary contact person for tenants in case of issues, where your focus is to provide tenants with a welcoming response and a positive experience. Your tasks also include daily inspections, documentation, maintenance, service, and upkeep of the properties. You follow safety procedures and constantly work on improvements to optimize the function and sustainability of the property.

• Daily inspections and supervision of properties

• Responsible for tag and key management as well as documenting completed work and maintenance actions in Vitec

• Responsible for SBA (systematic fire protection work) together with the property manager

• Inspection of apartments

• Create and maintain good relationships with a high level of service to Trianon's tenants in apartments and premises

🔍 Education, experience, and personal qualities

• Several years of work experience in a role with similar tasks or in a similar technical service profession

• Experience from working with residential properties is an advantage

• Good computer and system skills

• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

• Driving license B
