Do you want to be part of a beautiful and well-maintained Maryhill Estate in the picturesque Glumslöv? Maryhill Estate is now looking for a driven and solution-oriented property technician who wants to work with both practical and varied tasks in a unique environment.

About the position

As a property technician with us, you will be responsible for the daily operations and maintenance of our Maryhill. This includes:

• General property maintenance

• Pool maintenance and control

• Ongoing maintenance work

• Supervision and troubleshooting

• Responsibility for the outdoor environment – such as green areas, walkways, and external maintenance

  You will play an important role in creating a safe, pleasant, and well-functioning environment for Maryhill's guests and employees.

We are looking for someone who

• Is driven, takes initiative, and has a solution-oriented attitude

• Enjoys working independently but also in a team with others

• Is stress-resistant, responsible, and has a positive attitude

Preferred qualifications

• Experience in similar tasks within property maintenance

• Relevant education in property technology, HVAC, electrical work, or similar
