Service Employee for Europcar – Motorcentralen in Umeå

Are you service-oriented, enjoy meeting people, and thrive in a varied job? Motorcentralen in Umeå is now looking for a service employee for our car rental.

About the Role

You will welcome customers both at Motorcentralen and Umeå Airport, providing the best service and customer experience from the moment the customer contacts us until they receive the keys.

You will handle rental agreements and ensure that our cars are ready for the next customer through cleaning, tidying, refueling, and damage inspection. The role combines service, practical work, and administration.

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience in service/sales
• Is positive, solution-oriented, and meticulous
• Enjoys working both independently and in a team

Requirements

• Valid B driver's license
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English
• Good computer skills (MS Office)
