You will have a close and collaborative dialogue with our clients, creating opportunities for early interventions aimed at promoting health in the workplace. You facilitate the work for both the employer and the individual employee by being an independent party and supporting managers in their roles related to employee care, rehabilitation responsibilities, and systematic work environment efforts. Your role includes close and cross-functional collaboration with other experienced and helpful colleagues in the team such as; company doctors, company nurses, physiotherapists, ergonomists, behavioral scientists/psychologists, nursing assistants, etc. We are looking for someone who is a licensed nurse, preferably with company nurse training. Previous experience in occupational health or primary care is an advantage.
You need to have an interest in working with work-oriented rehabilitation and managerial support and be interested in building and developing a good relationship with our client companies and their employees. To fit in with us, you need to be independent, responsible, and confident in your role. We also see it as important that you have a business-oriented and consultative approach.
