With us, the job is about more than just serving – it’s about feeling, service, and quality in every detail.

🌟 We are looking for:

1. Youth (perfect as a part-time job)

Do you want a fun first (or second) job where the days go by quickly?

You will:

Wash dishes and keep things organized behind the scenes

Deliver food to guests

Be involved where the action happens during service

You don’t need any experience – the most important thing is that you are cheerful, reliable, and enjoy being active.

2. Cashiers / Gelato servers

Do you like people, fast pace, and making someone’s day a little better?

You will:

Stand at the cash register and greet guests

Serve and scoop our gelato

Take orders and spread good energy

We are looking for someone with some form of experience in service or café, who is comfortable with customer contact and can keep track of multiple things at once, even when the pace is high.

You love service, have an eye for detail, and always strive to give that little extra.

Experience as a barista or in café/service is a plus.

3. Staff with kitchen/baking experience

Do you want to take the next step and help shape your role?

You will:

Assist in the kitchen

Prepare and do simple cooking/baking

Step in at the cash register when needed

For this role, you need to have experience with similar tasks from a café or kitchen. At the same time, there is a great opportunity to develop with us and adapt the role to your personal strengths, interests, and preferences.

You work cleanly, structured, and organized, are independent, flexible, and confident when the pace is high, and enjoy taking responsibility and contributing to the whole.

⏰ About the positions

The available positions are between 50–100%.

The work is scheduled during the day, both weekdays and weekends.

For the right person, there is an opportunity to start earlier than summer 2026, and also a chance to continue with us after the summer, if desired.

Fiket in Färnebo is a vibrant café in the community, filled with people who truly care. We are a group that loves quality, really good coffee, and gelato with authentic flavors – and who are passionate about creating experiences worth a journey of their own.

We actively work with meal tourism and want both the fika, food, and drinks to be a destination in themselves. But just as important to us is the feeling you get with us – the reception, atmosphere, and overall experience should be at least as memorable as the flavors.
