Skultuna Brassworks is one of Sweden's largest tourist destinations with approximately 250,000 visitors each year. At the end of 2021, we opened our newly renovated restaurant Bistro Bruket.
We are now looking for a chef to join our team!
You will work alongside our head chef, and it is important that the collaboration with the pastry chef and cold kitchen runs smoothly.
We are looking for someone who is passionate and creative in their work, and who places great importance on precision and quality. You have relevant education or work experience. We have many employees at Bruket, so it is important that collaboration between different departments works well.
The position is full-time, and you will primarily work during the day on both weekdays and weekends. Evening shifts will be added during certain events and during the high season in summer and around Christmas.
We are a strong and cheerful team that values high standards of service and competence, and we continuously work to improve – not only for our visitors but also for our staff.
