Nojonmoni AB is looking for an engaged and skilled chef for our restaurant operations. The position is full-time and is a permanent employment.
About the position
As a chef with us, you will work with high-quality cooking and be an important part of the kitchen team. We are looking for someone who has a passion for Indian cuisine, wants to develop in their professional role, and contribute to the restaurant's continued growth.
Responsibilities
- Preparation of dishes according to menu and recipes
- Preparation and planning of ingredients
- Ensure good quality, taste, and presentation
- Follow hygiene and food safety regulations
- Contribute to the development of menus and new dishes
- Collaboration with other kitchen staff and restaurant team
- Responsible for order and cleanliness in the kitchen
- Other tasks that occur in the restaurant kitchen
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience as a chef
- Good cooking skills
- Interest in developing and learning new techniques
- Ability to work both independently and in a team
- Stress-resistant and responsible
- Knowledge of food hygiene
