About the position

As a chef with us, you will work with high-quality cooking and be an important part of the kitchen team. We are looking for someone who has a passion for Indian cuisine, wants to develop in their professional role, and contribute to the restaurant's continued growth.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of dishes according to menu and recipes
• Preparation and planning of ingredients
• Ensure good quality, taste, and presentation
• Follow hygiene and food safety regulations
• Contribute to the development of menus and new dishes
• Collaboration with other kitchen staff and restaurant team
• Responsible for order and cleanliness in the kitchen
• Other tasks that occur in the restaurant kitchen

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as a chef
• Good cooking skills
• Interest in developing and learning new techniques
• Ability to work both independently and in a team
• Stress-resistant and responsible
• Knowledge of food hygiene
