Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve drinks of high quality

• Create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere in the bar

• Ensure the bar is well-organized and tidy

• Participate in developing creative cocktails and drink menus

• Flexible with working hours, including evenings and weekends

• Positive attitude and a professional approach

Our Bars

We currently have six phenomenal bars, giving you the opportunity for variety in your work, or perhaps you will find your favorite bar where you want to retire.

Facing the water, you will find Orangeriet, a lovely glazed terrace filled with comfortable sofas and, of course, a bar serving seasonal drinks year-round with Lake Mälaren as a backdrop. As a bartender here, you assist the service by acting as a spirits cashier while helping guests both before and after dinner.

Between the reception and Orangeriet lies Chamberlin Bar. Here, guests can enjoy something good in their glass by the fireplace or perhaps before dinner. Do you like interacting with people? Here, as a bartender, you are the face of the restaurant and get to guide people on their journey further into the house.

On the second floor, it is playful to say the least; here lies our Italian backroom, Di Sopra. Guests enjoy themselves with pool tables, shuffleboard, foosball tables, and other fun. If you thrive in a playful environment with good drinks and Italian food, you will find your home at Di Sopra, also known as Playground.

Have you always wanted to stand in a bar located on a glazed terrace on the 7th floor with a view over Lake Mälaren? Then you should work at Voltage Lounge Pool Club. The cocktails you create are enjoyed by your guests either at the bar, at the lounge furniture on the terrace, in the beds of the fire relaxation area, or perhaps in the outdoor pool.

At the very top on the 18th floor lies Locavore. If you like great views, Asian fusion, high tempo, music, and cocktails, you will enjoy the bar at Locavore.

Gin, Gin, & Gin. On the third floor above the reception, you will find our Gin Bar, Turbine. Karaoke room, private cinema, pool, ping pong, shuffleboard, & Golf simulator. Do you hold the recipe for the World's Best Gin & Tonic? Then you should work here!
