We are looking for dedicated employees for a full-time position as a process operator in Bålsta. With our client, you will have the opportunity to develop within process operations, follow clear routines, and contribute to safe and efficient production.

Job responsibilities may include:

• Monitoring and controlling production processes via control systems
• Adjusting parameters and performing level and flow controls to ensure product quality
• Conducting sampling, measurements, and documenting results according to routine
• Starting up, stopping, and cleaning production equipment
• Troubleshooting simple technical deviations and reporting to technical support
• Participating in the daily planning and improvement work of the team

Requirements & qualifications:

• High school education or equivalent technical/industrial orientation
• Experience from process-controlled production or industry is an advantage
• Basic computer skills and ability to work in digital systems
• Swedish spoken and written
• Meticulous, safety-conscious, and problem-solving attitude

Desirable experiences and qualities:

• Experience in control and regulation technology, PLC, or process instrumentation
• Previous experience in shift work or production scheduling
• Knowledge of quality systems and documented work routines
• Technical education at YH or university level

Working hours, employment type, and location:

• Full-time employment
• 5 shifts (day, evening, night, weekend)
• Location: Bålsta
• Start date as agreed
• Salary according to collective agreement
