ABOUT THE POSITION

ScandiNova Systems AB is a Uppsala-based technology company that is world-leading in the development and production of pulsed high-voltage systems, known as modulators. Modulators play a key role in various applications, such as scientific research, cancer treatment, and food production. More than 95% are exported abroad to countries including the USA, China, India, Japan, and Europe. Among the company's clients are Varian Medical Systems, Elekta, Cern, and MaxIV in Lund.

As a production assembler, you will be responsible for assembling ScandiNova's systems, machines, and equipment according to technical specifications and drawings. You will also be responsible for performing maintenance, repairs, and testing as needed. You will be welcomed into a team with strong cohesion and broad expertise, where there are great opportunities to learn from each other and continuously develop. You will work together in the K System Assembly department. You will have varied tasks and play an important role in the operations.

The planned start date for the position is April 2026, and interviews will be conducted on an ongoing basis.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

In the role of production assembler, you will primarily work with:

  • Interpreting and analyzing technical drawings and schematics to perform assembly
  • Cabling and assembling modulators
  • Troubleshooting and addressing minor deviations
  • Performing tests, repairs, and maintenance of modulators and systems
  • Contributing to continuous improvements in the production process

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

  • Has completed high school, preferably in electrical engineering, HVAC, or mechanics
  • Has previous experience in assembly and the ability to interpret technical and mechanical drawings
  • Has a technical interest
  • Has very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written, as the work is conducted in both languages

It is an advantage if you have:

  • Previous experience in HVAC, calibration, or mechanics
  • Forklift license A & B and overhead crane license
