WeStaff Sweden is now seeking several production operators/assemblers for a technology company in northern Stockholm. Here you will work with assembly, adjustment, and inspection of technical products in a safe and pleasant team.

What does the job entail?

As an operator, you will become an important part of the production where you will:

• Assemble products according to work orders and blueprints

• Ensure that drawing numbers and versions are correct

• Pre-set and inspect products before testing

• Transport completed parts to the correct storage location

• Sign work orders after completing tasks

• Report any deviations, disturbances, or suggestions for improvement

• Follow established flows and routines for quality and safety

You will work with various types of measuring and inspection equipment and are responsible for ensuring that these are in good condition and have the correct calibration status.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who is hands-on, meticulous, and enjoys a structured production environment. You like to work with your hands, follow instructions, and contribute to a smooth flow in the team.

We would like you to have:

• Experience in assembly, production, or other technical work

• Basic blueprint reading skills

• Good computer skills (for documentation and reporting)

• Swedish language skills, both spoken and written

• Driver's license and access to a car, as there are limited public transport options to the workplace

• High school education or equivalent experience

• You are responsible, follow safety procedures, and do not hesitate to stop production if something is not right; quality and safety always come first.

• Start: Immediately

• Scope: Full-time, Monday–Friday daytime with the possibility of flexible hours

• Location: Northern Stockholm
